Pacific Elite Rides ("we," "us," "our") is operated by New Beginning Transport LLC, a California company providing luxury ground transportation in San Diego County. This policy explains what information we collect when you use pacificeliterides.com or book a ride with us, and how we use it.
When you submit a booking request, we collect: your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off addresses, ride date and time, passenger count, flight number (if applicable), and any notes you provide. We do not collect payment card details through our website — payment is arranged directly with your driver or by invoice.
Like most websites, we also automatically collect standard technical information (browser type, device, approximate location, pages visited) through Google Analytics, and, where enabled, Google Ads, to understand how visitors use our site and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. This is aggregate, cookie-based data — not personally identifying on its own.
We use the information you submit solely to confirm, schedule, and fulfill your ride, communicate with you about your booking (by email, phone, or text), and maintain business records for accounting and insurance purposes. We use Analytics/Ads data to understand site traffic and measure ad performance — never to identify you personally.
Your booking details are shared only with the chauffeur assigned to your ride, and with the service providers that power our booking flow (our email delivery provider and booking spreadsheet). We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies to measure site traffic and ad performance. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time through Google's Ads Settings, or block cookies entirely in your browser settings.
We retain booking records as required for accounting, tax, and insurance purposes, typically for the duration required by California business recordkeeping law.
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing berdnikov@pacificeliterides.com. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA); contact us to exercise them.
