These terms govern your booking with Pacific Elite Rides, operated by New Beginning Transport LLC, a licensed and insured ground transportation provider in San Diego County, California. By submitting a booking request, you agree to the terms below.
A booking request submitted online or by phone is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from us with your driver, vehicle, and pickup time — typically within 15 minutes. We recommend booking at least 2 hours in advance for standard rides, and 24 hours in advance for groups, Sprinter van service, or special events.
We do not currently process payment online. Payment is due to your driver at the end of the ride (cash, card, or Zelle) or by an emailed invoice for corporate and event bookings, payable before or shortly after the ride. All quoted rates include fuel, tolls, and driver gratuity unless stated otherwise.
Airport and point-to-point rides may be cancelled at no charge up to 2 hours before pickup. Sprinter van, group, and special-event bookings may be cancelled at no charge up to 48 hours before pickup. Cancellations after these windows, or no-shows, may be billed in full.
Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free wait time from actual flight landing. Point-to-point and hourly bookings include a grace period as agreed at booking. Additional wait time beyond that may be billed at the applicable hourly rate.
For airport transfers, we monitor your flight status and adjust your pickup time automatically for delays at no extra charge, provided accurate flight information was given at booking.
Passengers are responsible for damage to the vehicle beyond normal wear caused by themselves or their guests during a ride, including cleaning fees for excessive mess. We reserve the right to end a ride early for unsafe or abusive conduct toward the driver.
Pacific Elite Rides carries commercial auto insurance and licensing as required by California law. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control (traffic, weather, road closures), though we make every reasonable effort to arrive on time.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted at pacificeliterides.com/terms.html at the time of your booking applies.
